This property is sitting on the 3rd floor of a 4 storey building. Get on the elevator which takes you to your floor and access your apartment with your code. Once you get in you’ll be welcomed by the warmth & uniqueness of the entire space.
Our open plan kitchen if fully equipped with all the necessary tools required for a comfortable stay. We also have a pantry which is open for guests Use at anytime.
Our rooms are pretty LARGE, all en-suite with the master having a 6×6 bed & the guest room a 5×6 bed. There is ample wardrobe space and a reading table in the guest bedroom.
Your home also comes with a steamer for your clothes, an umbrella for rainy days, a yoga mat if yoga is your thing & inflatable pool toys + a pump!

● Smoking is not allowed at any time or anywhere within the apartment. A fine of N30,000 will be charged from your caution fee. Smoking or illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will attract immediate ejection.

● We request that our guests refrain from any form of partying or noise making.

● We do not permit any form of partying that will lead to noise making or disturb other tenants.

● No decorations on the walls or ceilings

● Commercial shoots require express permission from management.

FULL REFUND

Guests get full refund for cancellation done within 24 hours of making payment (provided check in is not the next day)

Guest gets full refund for cancellation done provided booking is a month away.

50% CHARGE

A 50% is charged on the first night for cancellation done 24 hours after payment. A full night fee is charged if the guest is already checked into the home.

For cancelation done after 24 hours of making payment, a 50% is charged on the first night (provided check in is not the next day)

In cases where check in is the next day, guest is charged 50% on their first night. If check in is not the next day, a 30% fee is charged on the first night.

Once guest is in the apartment and wants to cancel their reservation, this must be done at  least 24 hours before the checkout time. The cancelation must be communicated and agreed upon with the management at least 24 hours before checkout time otherwise, a 50% fee will be deducted from the next night.  

Guest are only entitled to change their dates without a penalty when the dates are at least 48 hours away at no cost not more than once. At the second change, guest will be charged 50% on their first night. If the dates are less than 48 hours away, the guest is charged a 50% fee on their first night.

The service fee of N2,000 charged upon payment by the payment gateway will not be refunded upon cancellation.

In the event that a guest cancels their reservation due to a fault or negligence on the part of the management or in cases they did not receive all the services and amenities that were listed prior to their booking, a full refund of their unused nights will be issued.

If a guest makes a payment that is over the amount shared, the excess amount will only be refunded along with the caution fee upon checkout
